Frequently asked questions

1. Are orders shipped discreetly?

Absolutely!  All orders of any size are shipped in unmarked packaging, with only my personal name on the ship label.  Nothing pertaining to 'diapers' on the outside.  Likewise, nothing incriminating will show up on your banking or credit statements.  Invoices are offered online in PDF format to avoid leaving a paper trail that can potentially be overlooked as well.  Only a business card is included in the package.  Your privacy and discretion is a very high priority at DC!


2. Are returns accepted?

Since diapers are a hygienic product and cannot be reused or resold, they cannot be returned if the original packaging is broken or opened in any way.  If say for example you open your box and discover you ordered the wrong size, but have not yet touched the bags of diapers, please contact me for arrangements to return or exchange.  Shipping charges would have to be repaid to send out the replacement.  

If there is a mistake on DC's end, naturally you will receive a full replacement.  Photography may be needed for verification.  Please contact me immediately if anything is not right and I will make it right!


3. Do you ship outside the USA?

Absolutely.  Accounts can only be configured for USA shipping on the site.  But if you contact me and let me know the diaper, size, and quantity you're interested in, as well as your destination country, I can give you a quote on the shipping and total price before billing you for your order.  International orders are billed via Paypal invoice and are backed by all the same terms.  They are shipped via USPS Priority International Mail by default.


4. Where are you located?

All orders are shipped out of Fresno, California, USA.


5. Do you offer local pick-up?

If you're close to Fresno, CA local pick-up can be arranged no problem.  Simply contact me, let me know what time is best for you, and a meet can be arranged!


6. I live with roommates, housemates, family, etc. How can I order diapers?

I am happy to accommodate anyone's quest for the possession of diapers!  Did you know that your package can be held at the post office or FedEx location to be picked up by you at your convenience?  This way you can pick up and bring your package home at an opportune time when it won't be detected.  Please either contact me with a message, or include a request in the special instructions field that your order must be "held for pick-up", and these instructions will be included on your ship label for the carrier to hold it.  Please ensure to learn the location of your package's destination so you know it's accessible to you and not out of range.  There will also be about 5 business days your package will be held at the destination before it is subject to being returned, so you must keep an eye on tracking and ensure it is picked up on time.


7. Are debit/credit card payments accepted?

Yes of course!  To pay with these methods, please select Paypal as your payment method at checkout.  You will then be asked whether you'd like to pay using a Paypal account, or with a credit/debit card.  Of course you will select the latter and pay through the safe and secure Paypal website, without necessarily needing an account.
