These are the new Diaper Connoisseur Amor diapers! This is the 2nd generation version with a long list of upgrades, including:
- new front banner art and more refined/vibrant all-over print
- upgraded 3M tapes, with gloss coating on front banner for maximum bond
- upgraded, premium SAP imported from Japan - with the highest wicking/suction power available
- increased overall SAP count, which means increased capacity
- upgraded, heavier, thicker, tear-resistant PE plastic (outer film)
- soft, quilted pattern compressed into padding, with extra soft top-sheet (interior surface)
- extended elastics for more secure leg cuff fit in the back (adds a nice shape too!)
- narrow front waistband for a more feminine look
- comes in premium printed bags
In addition to these upgrades, the Amor retains much of what made it so great for the original gen, including tall booster-friendly leak guards, quadruple-stitched elastic leg cuffs, plastic-backing, 2 tapes per side, front and rear waistband, silky-soft interior surface, and of course a level of cuteness that can't be matched!
Cosmetically, this diaper features a rich pink horizontal gradient on the outer film, transitioning from a light pastel pink in the center illuminated by sparkling stars, to a bolder bubblegum pink on the wings which adds a nice contrast in the front when fastened. In addition a pair of swirling floral columns with butterflies and roses adds a contoured look to the back and sides. The front banner features adorable puppies and kittens chasing butterflies and nipping at yarnballs, with more shades of pink than the human eye can process! There are also more harmonizing colors this time around - fuchsias, lavenders, violets, magentas, and light blues - overwhelming with rich detail and vibrant color!
Medium will fit on a 30 to about a 44-inch waist (75-110 cm). Large is for 36 to 52-inch waists.

(3/24/15): I understand there are many who are eager for the new Amor diapers, and I have been working closely with the manufacturer to ensure these diapers keep a perfect quality. But there has been another development leading to a delay, namely an issue with the pink showing through the outer plastic (due to the new plastic being thicker/stronger this time), and so the factory has been forced to reprint the film for the Amor's outer plastic. Because of this I cannot get the Amors here by April, they have been pushed back to May.
I do apologize to those loyally and patiently waiting for these new awesome diapers. But I must ensure these stay true to the blueprint and held at the highest standard. As I've said before, they will be perfect and the wait will be well worth it. Thank you for your patience :)
